riverset partners are select employer groups which have chosen to offer riverset credit union membership as an invaluable yet optional benefit to their staff. In doing so, our partners employees have access to some of the lowest loan rates and highest yield savings products in the area. riverset credit union membership is exclusive and can be added as part of your company's benefits package with no cost or financial risk to the organization. Exceptional member service We come to you! We have an entire credit union department devoted to our partners. We will visit with your people, onsite, to rollout this new benefit and come back as often as you'd like! If your staff is sporadically placed throughout the region or your preference is printed/ emailed materials versus in person visits, we will tailor a plan specific to your needs. All partners will receive riverset credit union at work packages for interested staff.
Accessibility- Our members can access their funds 24/7 via our online banking service and a riverset credit union representative via email during business hours using our NetChat feature for our Net Branch online banking users. Members also have unlimited use of PNC Bank ATMs for deposits and withdrawals FREE of charge. Members may also apply for loans 24/7 via our online loan application system.
In addition to our three locations, we have a call center which will afford your employees the ability to speak to a live person, Monday through Friday until 6:00 p.m. You can also chat with a riverset credit union representative via email during business hours using our NetChat feature for our Net Branch online banking users.
