 (Debit Cards) eNFact (Fraud Department) - Please note the following if you've received a call regarding a suspicious Debit Card transaction from our voice response unit:

 

Call 1.866.750.9107.  You will need to know:

- your six digit confirmation number.  if you don't, just punch in any six digits so you can be routed to a representative.

-The representative will confirm your first and last name; zipcode of residence; last four digits of your SSN and recent transactions with the cardholder

Please note if the call is forwarded to voicemail you may only receive a portion of the message.  Also note if you have 800 call blocks on your phone that could also restrict the information you receive.
