Phone

We will always need to confirm your identity.  You will have to answer a series of questions related to your information on file. The first step is to know your member number.  Additional questions will be asked to authenticate any transaction or information request. This is for your protection.

 

In addition, if your request involves transferring funds to another Riverset member, you must have their member number, if you are not on the account, in order to perform the deposit.

All calls are handled in the order of which they are received. Leaving multiple messages could result in multiple calls and cause confusion and delay. All messages received by 3:30 PM EST during hours of operation will be returned the same day. Messages received after 3:30 PM may be returned the following business day.

 

Note: If you leave a voicemail message requesting that we perform a transaction on your behalf, requests will not be performed until we speak to you in order to verify your identity and the request.  Leave your name and a number where you can be reached so that we can contact you and take care of your request as soon as possible. Address Changes

To change your address on file with Riverset, please do the following:

Preferred Method - Sign into your secure NetBranch online banking account.  Send us a message through there confirming both your old and new address.  

You may also email us at memberservices@riverset.com.* Please do not include member number or social security number in that email.  We will contact you to confirm address change for security purposes.  This is for your protection.
