Account to Account (A2A) Transfers
Did you know that you have the ability to transfer funds between your Riverset accounts and any other financial institution? With A2A tranfers you can:
- transfer funds from an internal account to an internal account
- transfer funds from an internal account to an external account
- transfer funds from an external account to an internal account
This means you can transfer funds between your savings, checking, and money market accounts internally.
How do I get A2A?
In order to do A2A transfers you need to have our free Netbranch Online Banking, our e-z pay Bill Pay system, and a free checking account. You can sign up for Netbranch here. When you initially set up an account for transfers, you will be notified that you have to perform a test deposit. The system will perform two test deposits and one test withdrawal. You will receive an email when this is completed and will have to log in to Bill Pay and click on the transfer tab to enter the information as confirmation. Once that is completed, the account is set up.
Where do I find A2A?
When you sign into your e-z pay Bill Pay, you will see a "Transfer Money" tab at the top of the screen." This is where you conduct all A2A business.
What are the A2A transfer limits?
Limits for how much money you can transfer between accounts are established based upon information you provide during enrollment. Limits can be up to $2,500 a day for a typical user. We will not manually adjust a limit at any time.
How long does it take to process a transfer?
You can schedule transfers for the next day up until 10pm EST. The system will inform you of the earliest date that the transfer can occur. Transfers are not processed on weekends.
