| **Home Equity Line of Credit – The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is based on the value of an index. The index is the Prime Rate published in the Money Rates column of The Wall Street Journal. When a range of rates has been published the highest rate will be used. We will use the most recent index available to us as of 30 days before the date of any annual percentage rate adjustment. To determine the annual percentage rate that will apply to your account, we add a margin to the value of the index. If the rate is not rounded, we then round up to the next .25%. The annual percentage rate can change semi-annually on the first day of May and November. The rate cannot increase or decrease more than 1.0 percentage point at each adjustment. The Maximum Annual Percentage Rate that can apply is 15.0% or the maximum by law, whichever is less. However, under no circumstance will your Annual Percentage Rate go below 3.0% at anytime during the term of the plan. Your payment will never be less than $50.00, or the full amount that you owe. Rates are based on the type of loan, term of loan and your creditworthiness. All rates subject to change at any time without notice. | ||

| ***Share Certificate Secured - The Annual Percentage Rate(APR) is based on the dividend rate being paid on the certificate offered as security (INDEX)plus 2.00 percentage points(MARGIN). Certificates offered as security must be renewed until advance is completely paid. When certificate is renewed as required, the APR will change to reflect the new dividend rate. If the certificate is not renewed as required, the proceeds of the certificate will be applied towards the advance and any balance will become immediately due and payable. Any increase in the APR will result in more payments of the same amount. The present APR and Daily Periodic Rate will be disclosed on the voucher. The APR will never be lower than 4.00% or more than allowed by law. | ||
| *Low end of range shown may include the rate given to members with an 'A+' credit score (750 & up). Your actual APR or APY may vary based on a review of your credit application. Rates shown here do not reflect a .25% rate reduction given to members having Direct Deposit of their net pay into their credit union account. Quarter-percent rate reduction is currently given on Auto Loans and Signature Loans. (Does not include Home Equity Lines of Credit, Educational Loans, Computer Loans etc.) Presently for new auto loans, .25% discount is available to those who have the payment automatically deducted from their Riverset checking account.
