Riverset® Mobile Money, powered by Fiserv Mobiliti®. is our mobile banking solution that will put managing your finances in the palm of your hand. The following access modes are available and members can choose any or all:

Text Messaging (SMS) – text message updates of your account balances, review recent account activity and get online banking alerts

Mobile Web browser – a special URL with mobile access to NetBranch to check your account balances, review your recent activity, and to transfer money between accounts

Expand Text Messaging (SMS)

The text messaging service allows members to check account balances, review recent account activity and receive online banking alerts any time from your mobile phone. 

 

When registering, you'll be asked to ensure that you turn on your mobile phone so that it is ready to receive text messages. During registration, a text message is sent to you containing a unique activation code used to verify your phone number.  This code associates your mobile phone with your account.  To complete registration, you must enter the activation code which is send to you.  A verification will confirm that you have successfullly enrolled.

 

 Immediately following enrollment, a text "HELP" message is sent with the short commands and a short code to access Riverset Mobile Money.  The short code is 59289.  It is recommended that you add this number to your contact list.

Stop receiving Mobile Banking alerts. Text:

Text messages are limited to 160 characters. Sometimes all the account information can't be sent in one message because it exceeds the character limit.  In this case, account information will be sent in multiple messages - no more than five at a time. You can opt out any time by texting STOP to 59289.

Expand Mobile Browser Service

Members using the mobile browser service will be able to

  • Check account balances
  • Review recent account activity
  • Transfer money between accounts

To use the mobile browser service, the phone must have an Internet browser and may require a data service plan.  During registration, members are sent a unique website address (URL) that will only work on the phones they've registered with Riverset Mobile.  Members should bookmark the address in their phone's web browser so they can easily return to it.

Expand Downloadable Apps

Access Riverset mobile through downloadable apps available named Touch Banking.  Your phone must have an operating system that supports application downloads and may require a data service plan.  Riverset Mobile is optimized for IPhones, BlackBerries and Droid.  However, some carriers don't support application downloads to certain types of phones.  Members can download the Touch Banking applications from a link that is sent during registration.  Click on the link to initiate the download.  When the download is complete, the log in page displays.  For iPhones, a unique link to the App Store is sent during registration.  The iPhone app does not work on the iPad.  You'll have to use the mobile browser.

 

 

Note: Touch Banking downloads from the App Store outside the registration process won't work. Only downloads initiated from the App Store link provided will work. 

 

**The Droid app is the newest release.  Presently when the link is sent to your phone, it will ask for an email address.  This is referring to your gmail address.  

 

Aside from the information listed, If there are any problems with the download, please first check with your carrier to make sure it is supported on your phone.

Enrollment

To enroll, log in to your NetBranch 4.0 account and select any or all of Riverset Mobile Money’s three access modes listed above in the mobile section of the services menu.  You'll need to have your mobile phone turned on and ready to receive text messages.  During the registration process, you'll choose one or all of the access modes and the types of accounts that you want to access:

  • Checking
  • CD
  • Savings accounts
  • Loans
  • Credit Card
